  Passenger Car:
  Rim 14", 15" and 16"  = RM15
  Rim 17" and 18"  = RM30
  Rim 19" and above = RM40
  
  (Minimum purchase of 2 tyres & Max redemption of 4 tyres per phone number / IC number)

• Submit the completed form, attach a digital copy of your proof of purchase and select your preferred e-wallet
